where do people get those shocking pen or gum things?

I bought a trick pen and a trick lighter at a store on the boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ. Obviously, in the summer time :)

I don't know where you're from, but in PA there's a store called Spencer's in almost every mall, they sell all kinds of joke and novelty stuff. Try lookin' them up on the web.

You'd have to go to a toy store, a novelty store, or a joke store to get those,sorry.
