All religion already looks odd to those who follow reason and logic. By praying to a deity and going through rituals to appease the gods, people are following a long tradition. People worshiped gods and goddesses for millennia.

Oh yes! I have thought about that before! It's funny-I didn't think that anyone else felt the same!! But I am starting to grow out of that because, there has to be someone out there-I don't know how I could have made it through without my faith! Good luck, and I hope you find the answer your looking for-I still can't believe you feel the same way I did!! But also-keep this in mind, it says that God wants you to question him-that way he can prove himself! God bless!

Since when have Christians not been ridiculed or attacked? But it is because we know what we believe that we endure the humiliation and attacks. I could take out a bible and everyone would either give me weird looks or try and take it or insult it. But what happens the next day? I take it out again and start reading. Not saying I deserve praise for something so small, so look at the huge sacrifices that Christians have suffered throughout the years. Look at the lives of all the martyrs that had chances to run and hide just like their example Jesus Christ but they stood their ground. Because Christians don't try to please others or even themselves, but please God and never regret it.

Naw... the Word of God endures as Truth forever. Heaven and earth will pass away but Jesus says that His words will never pass away. Since He's proven him self over and over to be Truth then I'm not afraid of what people choose to say or do in the future. My life is built firmly on Jesus, who never changes.

People have ridiculed Christianity for centuries, but it has survived long after the mockers are dust and bones.

That's because Jesus is alive and caring for His Church.

(I've been an agnostic my whole life, but) The same could be said for our scientific theories, our life values, and all the rest of our beliefs. Why worry about what strangers in the future will think of us?

Not at all, because they are the most modern and wise even now while evolutionists and others are nature and animal worshippers going backwards, are you one of them?

"They say they are wise, but they are fools; 23 instead of worshiping the immortal God, they worship images made to look like human beings or birds or animals or reptiles.(evolution) . 25 They exchange the truth about God for a lie; they worship and serve what God has created instead of the Creator himself, who is to be praised forever! Amen. "

I'm not! This one British scholar in the 1750's predicted that that would happen by the 1830's, and it never came to past!

Christianity and the Bible have withstood the test of time for thousands of years! It isn't going to just "disappear" suddenly!
