Keep being who you are. If he is as interested in you as you are to him, he'll come to you. Always so easy to for us as women to seek out men or find ways to do it because we usually know what we want. But sometimes its better to play hard to get and see if he's willing to chase.

Age is very intimidating, especially when you like a guy who is older than you. Just approach him and talk to him normally, as though he were the same age as you. Age really doesn't matter, as long as your personalities are both on the same mature level and both of you are willing to accept the age difference. There must be a time of the day when he is alone. Approach him then. Guys have a tendency to be slightly more immature and jerky in front of their friends (just like girls too). Good luck, have fun! :)

NEVER have a friend ask someone out for you nor have them find out if someone likes you or not. Grab your... well, get some balls, THEN grab them and just go talk to the guy, though arrogance is a turn off, confidence is attractive and attitude is hot. Some, not entirely.

I think you should do something. But don't look too confident. Tough problem for me when I think back or forward here and there. You don't want to look like a trollop.
