I'm very warn down from calling and e-mailing people in congress who?

never reply to any of my questions, they act like i'm not even alive, iv'e been trying for so long to end this problem with immigration that it makes me understand very clearly that our government has no concern for anyone other than the money they can get from us, if i call the INS i wait no less than 30 min each time, or when i do get to speak with some one they are unwilling to answer me about most things, and always tell me to check their web site for answers, well if you do that you can always find hours of information to read ,that goe's against the information you are to fallow to immigrate,they say if you file a k-visa form, that later you must prove you didn't pay the filling fee on it, or you will be deported, i'm a blue eyed american and i'm just trying to get my wife here from her country, but let me tell you, the ( INS) has some major- race- propblems, whats going on with them do the people in congress know how the (INS) really is, have any of you delt with them?

I understand your frustration! I am a very political individual and write to my congressmen/women regularly.

The problem is that unless they get a deluge of emails on the same subject, they will NEVER respond. Try to encourage friends and family to email them as well and you will have a better chance of your issue being considered.

I have dealt with them (INS) and I have no other to say that they are great people, working hard to do the right thing.

I don't think they care about the color of your eyes and what races there are in or out of this country.

My experience is that people like to be treated with respect (don't you?), so, when you go to a public office (or over the phone, emails...)... you show your kindness or you will eat little or nothing of what you are looking for.

I emailed my 2 Senators & my Congressman. yet the following in Jersey all, Senators Menedez & Lautenberg, both dems, are dirtier than a whorehouse bedsheet(i love that word). Emailed Pelosi, Reid & the Whitehouse. formed repsonse from Pelosi & the WH, for sure. no longer that I assume some thing to come back of it. this isn't over, by a longshot. ...& I accept as true with suthrngal. I heard Gingrich's concepts & they made experience & had little duty landing on the taxpayers shoulders.

Look for a " Catholic Social Services" in your area. They have someone there that can answer your Questions and Tell you what needs to be done. If they do not have anyone at that particular Location, they can Tell you Where to go, Who to see, and What, if anything ,you need to do.

have you tried the fiance visa ? it should work ? you will have to ask for her entry in the USA as a fiance visa , you two will have to be married withing 90 days or she will have to leave .
