if she is annoying then u can politely say to her that I'm leaving u becz of ur attitude thn say I'm willing tor give u one chance if u change your attitude and also ask her why she is always so annoying......if she does not get ur point or make any effort to change herself ....say her darling or sweetheart whatever u feel that i can not stay with u anymore i have given u chance bt still no improvement in you. ......its better both of us split up........

There aren't any "easy" ways to let down...just be to the point and offer reasons if you are compelled to do so. She will probably hate you...but you will be happier knowing that you have made and stuck to your decision.
PS: Only do this after really thinking about the situation. Are you just moody? Are you overreacting? Will you regret it later if you see her with someone else?
