maybe your blood sugar is low. drink some o.j. that always helps me. your mom should let you go to the dr's because if you do pass out, you could be injured.

If you have to ask, then you're better off going to the doctor. Any uncertainty about your health should be dealt with through a professional. You can get some ideas here, but generally speaking it is dangerous to rely on strangers when your health is potentially at stake. Something really serious could possibly be wrong. Take it easy until Saturday, and don't get too much exercise. Eat right. Eat regularly. And get in to see that doctor!

Good luck!

It sounds like it could be low blood sugar and possibly a lack of rest. Another possible scenario is that the exercise was too strenuous for your level of fitness. I would advise that you get enough sleep, eat enough naturally sweet foods like fruits and starches as part of a balanced diet and see if you can increase your fitness level.

If this condition persists, then take the appropriate actions to seek more qualified medical advice. Hope this helps and good luck.

Pay close attention to how you feel between now and Saturday, so you can give your doctor the best information possible about how the symptoms are behaving.

Yes, definitely go see the doc.

Light-headeness could be lots of things - lack of oxygen, low blood sugar, not enough carbon dioxide, etc. You should take it very easy until you see the doc

Yes go to your doctor. It is probably something like low blood sugar or low blood pressure, but it is important to find out what it is and treat it accordingly.
