I always pop an apple cider vinegar pill after a big meal and not only does it make me feel less bloated from eating, but it helps you lose weight. I didn't have a whole lot of weight to lose in the first place so I don't know the numbers, but it's good for maintaining and it's natural. However, take the pills with lots of water so you don't get a bladder infection. Also, the convenience is that you can get these pills almost anywhere -- I get mine from Walgreens.

Weight Watchers worked for me, but I stopped going and stopped applying what I learned to my everyday life. No diet will work forever unless you're committed to making a lifestyle change for the rest of your life. I lost over 30 pounds by watching what I ate and exercising 4-5 times a week.

myfooddiary.com - lost 10 pounds (that was all I needed to lose). It is fun - you can eat anything you like as long as you don't go over total calories. Have kept it off for a year.

I remember a while ago I began following the food triangle (the old one with 6 grains, 3 vegetables, 2 fruits, etc.) and I lost a considerable amount of weight. About 5 pounds in two weeks.
