I got into a car accident. It was the other party's fault. But my license was suspended. what will happen? i have AAA as my insurance and got my license back 3 days after the incident. I made a claim, but still what will happen as soon as they find out that my license was suspended and what will happen to my license?

Are you saying that at the time of the accident your license was already suspended and you were driving while under that suspension? I guess you're lucky you weren't at fault then. The other driver's insurance company is going to have to pay for your repairs but that's all you will get. Your insurance company will likely choose to cancel your policy as they don't like high risk drivers (and you have placed yourself in that category if you are driving under suspension). If they do you will have a hard time finding another who will take you but if you do they will make you pay huge premiums. You didn't say if the police attended or not but if they did yours problems with that are just starting. Your next suspension will be double or maybe even triple this one. Finally, if your were injured your insurance company will deny you any accident benefits as you were not a qualified driver at the time of the accident. Trust me, it's not worth it, just wait our your suspension next time if there is a next time.

It doesn't matter if your license was suspended the claim will still be honored. Your rate may rise regardless of fault because you were driving on a suspended license -- it's a legal moving violation -- but it won't affect the claim itself.

Not only will he get a humongous fine and possible jail time .......... he can expect a huge lawsuit by the people in the other vehicle because his insurance was cancelled the moment his license was suspended ! If anyone was the least bit hurt , he could end up paying through the nose for the rest of his life ! With these kinds of lawsuits , a sore finger often translates into a disability of monumental and everlasting proportions , rendering the victim incapable of ever working again .......... I kid you not !

You will have to go to court and your license will be suspended again (possibly you will lose your car as this is your second offense)
Do no drive without a license, there is a reason they give those out - like I cannot afford a new truck when you destroy your car against my old truck (it is an old truck, trust me you do not want to hit it it is solid steel)

must be more to this than you are telling, They do not suspend a license for an accident that was someone elses fault (I am a former police-man)

Man im sorry to tell you this but there's no beating about the bush they will suspend your licence for another 3 years as long as you didn't loose your licence before the last time, if you did then you will loose it for 5 years.
Good luck mate.
