she looks skinny with curves but not actual love handles are liek fatty skin that would hang out over the pants.

I don't think so...If she did have them, she'd have that over stuffed look in her slim pants. Either that or she's wearing a super tight body stocking. In either case, she'd still look like a sausage, and she doesn't look that way to me.
