how do i download FLASH PLAYER exactly?

i moved my com. from one room to another. my flash player uninstalled. i tried many times to downlaod it but i t wouldn't download

look in add/remove programs and if it is there uninstall it completely, then reboot and try to download from www.adobe.com, that should work

www.adobe.com has a flash player.
