I don't have any gas relieving pills, and I'm crampy and bloated. Some bad eating choices...blehhhhhhh. =/. I was wondering if anyone had any homeopathic remedies, drink, something anything? I just wanna feel a big better. Thank you!

What works for me is drinking a warm can of gingerale REALLY fast. I burp real good after that. Try rocking back and forth as well.
There is also:
*Take a teaspoon of baking soda and then drink a small amount of coke. Wait, stand up straight because you will roar like a lion releasing all the gas and trapped air you have inside.
*one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bed. Not only does it detox your organs, but it works better than Tums or Alka-seltzer
*sipp hot water as hot as you can take it! half a cup usually works
*The old fashion exercise 'the bicycle' where you lay on the floor & push your feet & legs up in the air like you are riding a bike. The key is to get your hips up off of the floor too. Instant cure for gas. All that pedaling gets things moving inside.

Blanch fennel seeds and drink if breast feeding Massage the stomach. Gripe water If your infant has a tough time passing gas, simply lift the baby and move around in an upright position, patting him bit. This will help the release of gas. Take a pinch of Asafoetida, add little coconut oil and apply it on the child's stomach. Rub the infant's feet to help relieve pain from gas. Add a teaspoon of fennel seeds to a cup of water, and boil for a couple of minutes. Let cool, and add one or two teaspoons of the solution to feedings. Melt 1 starlight mint into 1 bottle of hot water and add sugar if needed. (usually no sugar is needed) By the time the mint has melted (not necessarily all the way), it is cool enough to feed to baby.

There are none really except taking an over the counter medicine like gas-ex. If this is a one time deal ..muddle through it...if it continues then monitor what you eat. Some suggestions to preventing that gas/bloated feeling: don't drink carbonated beverages, do not drink from a straw, do not chew gum, stay away from foods that cause gas.

i only know 2 ways off the top of my head.
1-take a warm bath with epsom salts (sea salt) in it (the bath will help by its self if you dont have the salts)
2-lay in the butt up position. get on your hands and knees and put your head down on a pillow with your legs curled under you with your rear sticking up. (the elevation of your bottom half and the pressure on your tummy from your legs will help move the gas thru.)
(and yes by all means pass gas (fart) when ever possible)(dont hold it!!)
oh and if its gas in the other end burping helps if you know how to make your self burp. if not drink a soda (real fast.)
remember relief is relief how ever you get it. even it it is a bit rude.

Try this:Drop your pants and sit down on the commode light a cigarette and take a Hugh hit off of it, I mean a really big one.
If you start coughing real hard.
You should be able to pass gas and who knows what else.

hi you usually relieve gas from burping or farting
You might have to drink pop to get you to burp
and use a laxative to start the other

BEANO, works well if you take it with the offending food, like beans or cauliflour. Oh, if your having gas after the fact try GAS X. Works well.
