I get tension headaches almost everyday. Sometimes I wake up with one in the moring and eventually it goes away, but normally by the end of the day it's back. Any ideas on home remedies or meds?

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

cold cloth, ice pack, dark quiet room, take a couple of pain relievers that will help in the short term but you should see a doctor and or optometrist to see if it is something more than a tension headache. good luck hope you feel better soon.

massage-either do it yourself or invest the money to get a professional. it may be expensive, but its worth it every once in awhile to help the headaches.

hmm, some people can't make it through their day without aspirin. if you are one of those people, i suggest that you stop, your body builds an immunity to those too.
