I'm am very skinny, and I'm only 14 so it's just sort of my build right now I guess. But my abs/ stomach really poke out in the very middle front. I feel super self concious around swim suit season beause it just looks really odd. I've been trying to do sit ups, but that only seems to make them stick out even more. I need a way to work my abs IN. Any ideas?
Please no "EAT food and fat! ur just too skinny!" I know I'm skinny but it's hard to gain any weight espeically at my age. it's just my body type, I got a skinny build.
