I just ask my friend to ask this girl to see if she would ever go out with me. When she replied she said that I wasn't cool enough. So thats the problem I need to overcome.

If I were in your same shoes, I wouldn't worry about it. For now before someone comes, get your education and make lots of money, then tweek your fashion get a kool ride and pay off the bills Don't use your energy on finding a gal, let them use thier energy to find you. Use your energy to get yourself built up in life and everything else will fall into place.

You should go for Girls that you meet yourself. when you introduce yourself to a new girl you can create a different view upon people. new girls won't know if your cool or not that is up to the way you present youself. so meet some new girls don't worry about the same old ones you know since forever.

Step up to the challenge - get a new haircut. Some better clothes. Can't afford it? Get a part time job. That's impressive. Have stacks of cash. Fake it until you make it.
