MY DEAR FRIEND,
You might have misunderstood that instead of "impossible" you referred as "no". In our history stalwart Napoleon only said the following.
The word "impossible" is not in my dictionary.
- Napoleon Bonaparte (Napoleon I)

You might have heard it wrong. Motivational speakers have probably said, "No is not in my dictionary," meaning that they are not willing to give up. A similar quote is from Napoleon who said, "The word "impossible" is not in my dictionary."
