Yes, of course you can eat ice cream. The dentist doesn't want you chewing on ice because it can damage the braces since it's hard and crunchy.

Yes, of course you can eat ice cream. You just have to be careful of ice cream with big chunks of hard things, like nuts or hard chocolate pieces.
As difficult as it seems, until you have had your braces for a while (like about a year), and you have gotten the hang of wearing them, please stick to ice cream flavors that don't have chunks.

Yes you can...just be careful though....dont eat it too fast...you might experience some discomfort though, if your braces are heat sensitive. But you sure can eat ice cream. Hope that helps!!

agree with cutie. the ortho says no ice cause youd have to bite it and you might loosen or lose a brakect. They didnt tell me i couldnt eat ice cream

i no i have to go through it too . but find another food that u love. i really hate the limits the orthidontists set but i just think after this ill have a nice smile.even though its neccesary it really stinks but i do not think u should eat ice cream

Absolutely, just don't bite into it or eat it real fast, your braces are super sensitive to temperatures.

yes, you can. i do it all the time. just dont eat too fast. braces are wierd like that :] just to be careful, you might want to brush your teeth afterward to make sure you dont get cavities.
