Do as many situps and crunches you can every otherday in the morning and afternoon. Start running. run for about 10 minutes - 30 minutes , Then you need to start doin push ups, do as manyy as you can then add 2. and keep doing that till you can do alot. you can do the push ups when ever i do them anytime i get the chance there b nothin on tv and i jus start doin push ups. Lasty you need to eat a lil less and or healthyer and you should lift sum weights.

You wont see results at first it will take sum weeks. well it took me 2 weeks to see results. Ive been working on a 6 pack for about a month and week and i alreddy have a 4pack . i just need to run more to loose the extra fat i have on my stomac to see the rest of my pack and keep doin crunches n situps

Try Pilates. They beat just doing sit ups/crunches. And the increased abdominal strength that you get from pilates will support your lower back too.
Also, keep from getting fat. You could have a totally ripped stomach, but you won't be able to see it with a layer of fat over the muscle.

Sit up is the best. I usually do it evertime when attending the Teak Wondo classes when I was below 12 years old. The result is best! By the way, do take control of your diet and meals taken. eat much plant product than animal product.

hi. the easiest way is to do sit up excercises daily and also to crunch your stomach, the way to crunch your stomach is to lie on the floor and secure your ankles and instead of raising your body up you just lift your neck and shoulders and and kind of push your shoulders downwards towards your waist, try this it will be painful but effective. NO PAIN NO GAIN.
