Religion is and has been for centuries a way for a small group to control a large group through fear of what will happen to them if they don't conform to the "right" way of thinking. Until you make up your mind as to what you want to do, and it may take some time. You mention both Jesus and Muslim, so I guess you have read both the Bible and the Koran.(hope that's spelled right)
So do this:
Don't dwell on the burning in Hell parts those are penalties for messing up. (in both books)
Instead focus on the good parts of each book. The blessings you get for being kind to others and all that stuff.
I don't mean to make it sound so cut and dry because I know it isn't an easy decision. Also if I get on a roll I could write for hours.
Just remember think of the good things and don't be so hard on yourself.

My fellow brother-Al salaam alikom
Be a Muslim, and believe me when you know everything about the majesty of the Islamic religion you will feel rested and you will go to heaven. That if you're a good Muslim and you follow what Allah(God) says.

You need to understand that heaven is a perfect place, and only those who are perfect will be accepted there.
Basically, there are 2 ways you can get right with God, you can earn it - that's the Muslim way, and really, that's what the majority of those who call themselves Christians really believe when you press them on the matter. The only other way to get right with God is accept the testimony of God that declares He has done for you what you cannot do for yourself. This is expressed in the Letter to the Romans, where Paul says: "What then shall we say that Abraham our forefather discovered in this matter? If in fact Abraham was justified by works, he had something to boast about - but not before God. What does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness (rightstanding with God)."
Now when a man works, his wages are not credited to him as a gift, but as an obligation. However to the man who does not work, BUT TRUSTS GOD WHO JUSTIFIES THE WICKED, his faith is credited as righteousness."
(Romans 4:1-5)
You see, as things stand right now, you have neither - you are neither fulfilling what you suppose are the requirements of Islam, nor do you have faith in Jesus. If you had faith in Jesus, you would no longer have any fear that you weren't doing what is required, that is, earning your salvation, but you would have the peace of God in your heart that comes through faith in the completed work of Jesus Christ.
Jesus said: "Truly, truly I say to you, whoever hears My word, and believes in the One who sent Me (that is, in God the Father) has eternal life, and WILL NOT BE CONDEMNED; but has crossed over from Death to Life."
(John 5:24)
I experienced this myself over 36 years ago, when the Holy Spirit convinced me that Jesus had died for my sins, and I was born again. I have had no fear of death or hell since, because I know at that time I was taken out of the kingdom of Satan and placed in the Kingdom of God's Beloved Son. I was born again. Jesus said "Unless a man is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." and again He said "Unless a man is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God." and He says again. "You MUST be born again." (John 3:3,5,7)
Now James also says in his letter, that if we are going to ask God for something, we must believe that He will give what He promised. (see James 1:5-8) And if we don't believe, we shouldn't expect anything from the Lord. Once in the Old Testament Elijah confronted the children of Israel with these words: "How long will you hesitate between two opinions? If the LORD (the God of the Bible) is God, follow Him; but if Baal (A false god, like the Allah of Islam), follow him." (I Kings 18:21) Right after this, Elijah proved to the people who the true God was, by calling down fire from heaven that consumed the sacrifice he had prepared, burning up even the very stones of the altar. The God of the Bible is the miracle working God. Jesus performed many miracles, and was even raised from the dead, exactly as He said He would be. Call upon Him now, ask Him to forgive you for your sin and unbelief, and ask Him to give you the Holy Spirit, who brings the assurance of our being accepted with God, through faith in the blood of God's holy sacrifice, the Lord Jesus Christ.

If your a christian your pretty much safe and ok, if your a baptist that means that you believe that you can never lose your salvation, but thats where baptists went wrong, you cannot simply steal something and think oh I'll just repent and then you do the same thing again, people do lose there salvation !

Jesus Christ is your God he made you and you owe your allegiance to Him alone.
Allah (The Muslim Allah as a opposed to the Arabian Moon Goddess from whence the Muslim's got "Allah's" Name) is a myth made up by Mohammad (You can be sure he is roasting in Hell!)
Just Look at all the Muslim Nations, tell me are they under God's blessing? They live under them most oppressive rule in the world. Just like the Communists (Atheists) did under the Soviet Empire. I live in Massachusetts and have travailed all over the US, and I have noticed that when people become Godless and wicked freedom disappears and laws and constraints start emerging. We in the US should take heed to this.
As for Islam: "If we want to undermined that false religion all we needs do is mass publish the Qua ran".-Martin Luther (Not Verbatim.)
Ask God and be prayerful he will lead you to Christ.
PS Ask a Born Again Christian about being saved.

i understand your delema... i am sorry about your stuck in the middle feeling (i certainly know that feeling!) Jesus has let us know that baptisum will not get you to heaven.. only belief that he died on the cross to save us from our sins. Baptisum is only a public announcement i guess you could say that you are going follow God. you can still go to heaven without being baptized if you believe that Jesus is the one true God and he died for your sins. but i will warn you its not really wise to try to follow two religions.. they will controdict eachother things will get messy... i am not trying to tell you who you should follow just that its very important you make a descsion who you will follow whole-heartedly.

Well...the Bible says that the only way to get to God is through Jesus. The only "great escape" plan from hell is to except Jesus as your Savior and Lord. I invite you to read Romans 10:9, 10 & 13.

That is not their beliefs, in the Koran it states:

"[2:62] Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; ANYONE who (1) believes in GOD, and (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve."

If there is a God, what would you expect him to be like? he should be all powerful, or what's the point in being God? If he's all powerful, he'd better be good, or we're in big trouble. How Good? Hopefully , perfect, or we could be in big trouble if he screws up or just gets mad.

If he's perfect, what does he expect from us? To be perfect like Him, why would he want to hang out with a bunch of losers. Can we be perfect? Not me, and I suspect, not you. That's why we need Jesus. He took the punishment we deserve so we wouldn't have to take it. If we believe in Him, he has paid the price for our sin, ransomed us from our punishment. So when God sees us, He sees only the perfection of His Son, who 'cleaned us up'. I owed a debt I couldn't pay, He paid a debt he didn't owe, for me, for you.
