This righteous cause of freedom, equality, and non-oppressive behaviour needs your help, so, please tell other people about our cause.

The logo is good. It is readable. It is visible. Color schema is distinctive. However, i did not understand what is the story about returning the .tv to the rightful owners. For me, it is not clear from your home page, but I suppose I'm not the right target audience for that. The logo is cool.
<> added few days later: OK. now i see your mission statement. However, that's a different picture. I'll add some comments on it, too. This one has lager letters but they are 'framed' inside. I think that the first one was more distinctive because it gives some space to the words - they can 'breath' ... i prefer the first one. Actually, i was exposed to it for the first time and just for few seconds. And i liked it. If you want to make some changes for people who see it frequently maybe this second one is a really good idea.

The stacked design works and geometric background lends an iconic look. I would recognize this logo if I were to see it again.

it is a nice modern design colour sceme is a bit dark tho how about using a little more gold to emphasise the letters

I like it. It is distinct and stands out. And, as the other post said, it's readable.
