Yes but look into your other options
For quick muscle relaxation take a swig or two of molasses - slower a banana or two
Drink at least 1/2 gallon of water per day
Invest some time - read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies for pain from muscles (including headaches) it teaches what to do.

Usually tylenol is all that is allowed, but you should ask your OB. Each patient is different and we don't know your medical history. Congratualations on the baby!!
