I am going to be renting an apartment on Troost St in North Hollywood.It's located behind the Wienershitnel on the corner of Victory and Lankershim.Please tell everything you can about the area.

Lankershim & Victory is not the best place to live. It's a fairly seedy area. Move even a few blocks west and you'll be much better off. Moving southwest would be even better.

Not bad, I live in Van Nuys, its the bordering city, you have your starbucks, struggleing actors, people trying to break in the buisness, quite a few hispanics, but pretty diverse, freeway close, you are near Universal City Walk/ Universal Studios, popular for tourist, plenty of things to do.

Got beaten up by the earth quake. It is kinda busy neighborhood, traffic, but there is a lot going on.
