whats the nicest soft wood anywhere in the world?

I've passed some good times with Mahogany. It is a soft wood.

Personally, I like knotty pine then white cedar. There are so many beautiful softwoods that it is hard to choose.

that would be birch, it's easy to sand an it has a nice consistant color, it's very rare in hardwood flooring.
