due to sadness in my life i was stress eating and ive put on weight in the wrong places. My thighs have gone bigger and also (embarrassed but..) even my *** has gone bigger to the extent that i shake my *** like a lady when i walk. How can i bring it back down to normal size.
when i go out i cant even walk comfortably cos i keep feeling worried about the *** shaking business even when i look in the mirror on the side i cant help but notice my womanised bum.
please tell me how to get rid of this my stomach aint bad its just a healthy medium with just a little little extra fat which is controlable by toning up but im concerned about my upper thighs and bum. i just want it to descrease in size i was told to just exercise but am worried that it will just stay the same size and tones up...come on i dont want a toned up BIG bum i just want it to decrease its size. mature answers please. please take into account that it has taken me lots of courage to come on here and ask as im a guy

Your body just put the weight on where it was genetically predisposed to. To lose it just walk/bike/run, be more active and start eating better, no fast food.
