help at all to keep these jackholes from breeding these dogs to fight?

It would probably be a better idea to neuter the BREEDERS, don't you think? Clearly they should not be reproducing.
And you could probably accomplish the same thing with a carton of Marlboros, anyway.

Beware of the Cane Corso. This will be the next "pit" dog. They are showing up everywhere.
The day that all pit bulls are only bred for playful companions and nothing more will be the day the dog questions and answers on Y.A. become informative and educational.

King, that doesn't always solve the problem. If people want to do something, they will do it usually regardless of whether or not it's legal. Have you ever watched Animal Cops on Animal Planet? Banning pitt bulls is bad for the breed (most of whom are very nice dogs who don't harm anyone, they just get a lot of bad press).

The only way you can do it is to ban pit bulls. Dog fighters can make a lot of money from a good dog and so probably would only do it if it was a lousy dog.
Some places are offering free operations for pit bulls which helps, but the only way to stop the pit bull problems is to ban them entirely.

only with the hip hop crowd, their rims and their dogs are their image as they have no talent, intellect or imagination to fall back on.
I'm thinking it's more the rural redneck crowd that's raising, breeding, and abusing these animals, personally I'm all for feeding the owners to their own animals, now that's a pay per view in the making.

I don't think so. I love my Pitbulls, and people who fight them are the reason why they have a bad reputation. =(
We should kill them. =)
I'm just playing, lol. But, yesh, they deserve to die. No one understands that animals feel, too. I honestly love animals more than I do most human beings...
