can't type in acrobat redaer?

i have acrobat reader 6.0 is that why I cant type in it? because its a reader?

Correct, you need Acrobat Professional.

No, Not the reader version, only Pro version can type or edit, but search the web and you may find a free pdf editor that will open the file, and edit and save as .pdf.... Good Luck

Right you can't type in reader. It's a utility that allows you to read, print, and save pdf files.
