Are there any natural ingredients (foods?) that can be used to wash hair, and are healthy* for hair? Olive oil has been one suggestion.. Anyone know what it does for hair?

Use smashed raspberry to give shine to your hai and it adds a cute red color but not too brite.

Mayonnaise- gives tons of moisture, but do not use if you have oily hair. Just shampoo afterwards or you'll smell funky.

Beer- gives shine

Lemon- shine and lightens hair, gives great aroma

I wouldn't use pure olive oil, your hair is going to be greasy, but I have heard of using a dab of it for shine. (it might be a little smelly though). Use chamomile tea or baking soda mixed with water to a runny consistency(not thick, you will never get it out of your hair) to cleanse the hair. Mashed avocadoes can be used as a moisturizing conditioner.

It makes it moist. Lemon juice after normal wahes can lighten your hair and make it shinier and cleaner. It works best for blonde hair. Also egg yolks work well too for any color hair.

u should wash your hair with green tea or baby oil
