Perhaps he's a bit insecure and feels you might reject him if he initiates things. You've only been together a month so you're still getting to know what the other likes and doesn't, he may just be being cautious.
Alternatively, he might also be lazy. But either way, if it's something that's bothering you then mention it to him, just casually rather than as though you're upset or annoyed by it. You could also perhaps stop chasing and see if he eventually wakes up and comes to you to find out why you're not paying him any attention anymore.

As you have only been seeing him a month, what do you mean 'used to get along?, in the first two days? Whats his history? has he been seen to be initiating things in past relationships? if so forget it he is using you. He is not interested. Blunt I know but thats the truth. Love is a two way lust, interest etc Forget him and find someone who chases you

Girl let that man chase you! Its no fun and its boring if you do ALL the work. I suggest getting rid of him. I hate guys like that they seem SO clueless. Its so fun when a man chases you you can tease him and flirt with him to death.A man is SUPPOSED to chase you not the other way around.

Sounds like you are chasing nothing if you don`t like chasing, Get chased by someone who will, with up most respect and truth, why do you think he went of you, only reason I think we get bored easily and you think why? Bored not your fault ours.

It should be mutual, but I say most of the time you should be working and deciding together, not you making all the decisions, God Forbid you two get married...Have a nice lil' chat with him, if he don't like it, Buh Bye! You want someone who will work with you

Sounds exactly like my boyfriend! It's called laziness. Next time he tries to leave it up to you, tell him you'd rather he makes the plans as you feel you doing it all the time is monopolizing things.

It's about feeling wanted. He thinks if you aren't interested enough in him to initiate things, you aren't really that interested at all.
