the person didn't smoke for days, also took cleanse, which worked before, had surgery and tested poitive for thc.

Ketamine is a dissisoative anesthetic and is avaliable by prescription. It will not be comfused with THC, but some extended drug test will look for it, as it is a drug of abuse.
Cleansers do not always work and i have actually never seen on that has in my case. Not smoking for a few days does not matter for someone who smokes everyday or multipal times a day, it takes much longer to get out of the system becuase as you know THC is fat soluable and is stored in the bodies fat.

Maybe the person should "Just Say No". The ketamine would show up as ketamine on a drug screen, and not likely be misinterpreted for anything else.

No. It's just that drug users aren't nearly as clever as they think. The positive was because of THC.

THC can remain in your system for a month if you are a heavy user.
