i make almost all the toys for my birds. anything with lots of rope, bells, wodden shapes, use your imagination. mine also like paper towl tubes! try to avoid mirrors, if you are planning to or do spend a lot of time with him. he may bond with the pretty little birdy in the mirror instead of with you!

paper the best and cheapest toy put paper in their cage and let them shred their hearts out it is a bit messy but the birds love it! It makes them go crazy they also play little games like tug-a-war it you have 2 of them

I found with my Budgies they all enjoy those plastic shower curtain rings. You can also give them toilet paper rolls.
