If it was a frozen pizza they put a lot of preservatives in so you should be fine. If you are eating fresh yeast dough you may have a tummy ache and be spending some extra time in the bathroom tonight but that's about it. Good luck with that!

No, you can't get a parasite from eating raw dough, I think that you are thinking of raw pork.

I basically devour it if i comprehend it doesn t have eggs, once I make the oatmeal chocolate chip Betty Crocker cookie dough, I upload a stick of butter and replace the eggs with water and it nonetheless tastes great yummy!

i dont think so but thats my fav when the dough is a little undercooked and chewy i eat it like that all the time and i havent died yet

You are not likely to get any parasites, etc. from eating undercooked doe - it probably was heated enough to kill most anything.
