no, in my opinon you are just right, you are about to hit puberty and youll gain alot of wait but not enough to make you overwieght. wait till your 14 and see how it goes.

Yes. And join a team of some sort too. Exercise is more important than dieting at your age. Don't diet in the traditional definition of the word, just eat healthier foods and smaller portions.

I'm not saying you're overweight, but health and fitness should start to be more important to you now that you are growing up.

You need both weight and height to tell if you are within a good range for your age.

If you are overweight you should not diet, but should learn to change your eating habits so you maintain a good weight without a lot of work.

you are way too young to be on diets, just eat healthy foods, like intead od candy get fruiets yougert, if you go on diets now your body want grow right, do not forget to exersis.all that advice not because 100 ponds is too much, i think to eat healthy and do some exsersis is good for the soul

No, you're still growing. If you are worried about being overweight later on in life, look at your familys history, are people in your family over weight? If you're worried this will happen to you, just eat healthy and do mild exercise like swimming and bike riding to build up muscular tone and increase your cardio health.

You should weigh about 85-90 lbs. at age 10 lose about 10-15 lbs. But ONLY If you think you ar a bit too heavy, if you know what I mean.

no that is fine but you may want to start trying to eat healthy now that way it does not develop into a problem later on. NO DIET though you are fine.
