I like this guy and he like does whatever like I do.. Say I sit on the edge of a picnic table and he sits like that too at a different table. Like if he wants to be it during a game during gym and you get picked and he raises his hand as high as he can to get picked does that mean he likes you?

When someone unconciously mimics you, it means they are trying to get closer to you. This is an unconcious response and is a good way to determine how someone feels about you. That's why they say if you see a guy/girl across the room, you're supposed to look at you watch, and if they have a sudden urge to know what time it is it means they want to get to know you better.
If he is CONCIOUSLY mimicing, like a game of copycat, then no, he either has no originality, is trying too hard, or is trying to annoy you.

Sounds like he want to "BE YOU", not be with you. If he's still doing this by the time you guys get to middle school, you should be a little careful about being alone with him. Make sure someone else knows he's around you.

he might like you but to tell you the truth he sounds like he could be very annoying do you really want someone like that it is good at first but trust me you will get tired of it
