I think although your question is not clear, that you mean she is not housetrained. What you need to do is this.
1) take her out for walks as often as poss. And be with her outside in the garden as much as you can. During these times, EVERY TIME she does poos or wees praise her up to the sky.
2) Whenever she starts to do something ni the house say firmly NO, and take her outside immediately, then follow (1) above.
Remember when a dog does anything you have only got 8 seconds to praise or blame the behaviour, after that time the dog will not understand that your aqction of praise or anger is related to her behaviour. So if you come home and find a mess just clean it up and say nothing. If you punish your dog in that situation you will confuse her and this will make the training process MUCH harder.
Good luck!

As soon as your dog wakes up from a nap, open the door and say "Want to go outside" make your voice excited. Go out with the dog and walk around the yard.. Stay outside with the dog until he goes potty. Then tell say "Good girl-boy" Again make your voice excited.
When in the house watch to see if the dog starts sniffing the floor-thats a good sign to start for the door. If you walk into a room and the have already started going on the floor, yell real loud and say no-take it outside and stay with the dog till it does it job, and again tell it-Good GIrl-Boy

well,if the dog is a puppy (i assume) you might want to purchase some puppy training pads from a pet store, they help with training. also, take the dog/puppy outside the same times everyday thus, creating a routine.if you are consistant, the dog/puppy will get the hang of it pretty quick. good luck!

You need to sit yourself down and do some homework on raising dogs.
Dogs need structure, rules and discipline, all day, every day. Dogs are social, pack-oriented animals. They look for the pack leader in any setting; if they do not 'see' one, they assume the role themselves. Without training and consistently enforced rules, your dog will continue to do whatever he likes.
If you aren't willing to do this, you need to seriously think about whether or not you should be caring for a dog.
