Please, get help NOW. I was exactly where you are a few weeks ago, and with some life changes and a therapist, I am feeling better. If you want to feel pain and let it out, seek out help now. It sounds exactly like depression and I am afraid you might do something to yourself.

u definately need to let it out and share what your thoughts and feelings are with someone else. there are plenty of people who can help you with whatever issues you are dealing with, if you dont feel you can talk to friends and family how about your doctor, community health centre, counselling services, support groups. if that still seems too tough, check out the phone book, there are many anonymous over the phone services that may provide you with a good starting point. that way you can feel safe to talk about whats on your mind and because you are anonymous you dont need to feel that you are being judged in any way for what has happened and how you feel. these services will not only listen and talk to you but can offer advice on additonal services in your local area that you may be suitable for you to access. but please dont stay at home alone with your depression, this will only cause it to grow within your own reality to a point where you may feel it is impossible to become healthy again. take small steps to heal yourself everyday and dont despair that there is no answer, there is! depression is an extremely common illness and you CAN tell someone! Good Luck

If you would like to talk to how about a pen pal? Your feelings are always valid and need some venue to release them. You might feel some pain to let these feelings out but in the long run it is better to talk/write about them. This helps you to get past them and move on. You should find someone who you don't really know to talk to. If you would like I'm would be glad to help. I am a stranger and I wouldn't judge you. You can e-mail me if you like.

It sounds like you might be. You need to find someone to talk to. There are many people out there you can help you determine what is wrong. It may just be a chemical imbalance in your body that is causing you to feel this way. You definitely need to talk with someone about how you are feeling and what is going on in your life. Sometimes talking about it all can help.

I strongly suggest you seek medical attention. If you remain in this lackadasical mood for 2 weeks or more then it probably is depression. Other factors could be involved such as anxiety, post traumatic stress syndrome, chemical imbalance etc... If you are working check to see if your employer has an EAP program-they are confidential and free & they will refer you to and allow a few visits w/ someone in the mental health field.
