Better at what acting or fighting, if acting it's Jacki Chan,if fighting it's Jacki Chan. On the other hand, Jet Li is good aswell.

same here. jet li is more of a serious actor, but jackie chan is more of a comedian, but jackie chan did do alot of amazing stunts. bruce lee, in the game of death, showed charisma and taunted the other fighters when he was fighting.
