okay...well i have been working out at the YMCA for a week now and i go everyday for 2 hours. and i am seeing changes in my middle section and i am getting abs!! and i am loosing some of my hips and botox....my my problem is the stupid @$$ love handles!!! i mean they wont go away! i am running for 30 minutes doing like this climbing thing for 30 minutes and then weights and bikes for another hour! but they just will NOT go away...and im eating right and watching my calories.....but still they wont go away.....
so how do i get them to "dissapear" ?? [ : they are realllllllllly annoying and i wish i could just cut them off!! but i know i cant do that......

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

start doing a lot of side bends and oblique crunches. i am in the army and i have some home girls that have to get taped there for their body fat percentage test, i know a lot of them use the waist trimming belts or sauna belts and they also take water pills. cardio.cardio.cardio. the stair stepper and elliptical are great. remember high levels for building, low levels for toning. so keep those machines on levels between 1 and 3 and try to do about 5 hours a week. don't overwork yourself. also finish your workout with the sauna. you say you are eating then that might not be the problem, it might be excess water. the sauna should solve that. i am a gym rat and this is some info my fellow lady gym rats use here and they have track figures (no sign of love handles). also I heard the new "red exerciser" is great for love handles. there is a female soldier in my platoon and she swears by it. she runs an 11 min two mile, faster than any guy in my platoon so I am not doubting anything she says. here is a link for some great ab and oblique exercises. good luck.

Honey, trust me, when theyre in the mood, they dont see the love handles - real or wannabe ones !! Every male I have been with or have spoken to about this wonder what the hell we are on about!! The only ones with body image issues are women - US !! Yes you hear the guys say - they are a leg man, or they wont go with a bigger sized woman - but just look around you and you see the opposite. How many times do you see a thin guy with a larger girl? Heaps !! So stop worrying about nothing, and concentrate on the task at hand !! Then the sex will overcome everything, you let go and all inhibitions fall away...and things will be fabulous!! (Iam 45 and over 145 lbs, with bumps and curves not in all the right places, and hubby wouldn't have me any other way !)

Its going to take more then a week of work out to get rid of them. just keep on going to the gym and i'm sure that in time u will see a diffrent. keep up the good work and don't give up. take care.

You need more than a week to see any extreme results anyway. Give it a month. Then you will see. Good luck.
