okay...well i have been working out at the YMCA for a week now and i go everyday for 2 hours. and i am seeing changes in my middle section and i am getting abs!! and i am loosing some of my hips and botox....my my problem is the stupid @$$ love handles!!! i mean they wont go away! i am running for 30 minutes doing like this climbing thing for 30 minutes and then weights and bikes for another hour! but they just will NOT go away...and im eating right and watching my calories.....but still they wont go away.....
so how do i get them to "dissapear" ?? [ : they are realllllllllly annoying and i wish i could just cut them off!! but i know i cant do that......
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
