i workout at least 30 min a day so other than that can you tell me something?

the best way that i know is from what you take for your meal.When you drink,don't put ice on it.It can make your metabolism ecoming worst.I don't take an ice.it's true..!Try it...i don't take ice for a many yearsand the result is good..!!!

you have probably heard people after a big meal say 'i'm going for a walk to burn off these calories'...no, that won't do it. Before you eat you need to run, jog or ride a bike...this will speed up your metabolism before you put the food in and you'll fare much better. i lost 30 pounds buy walking 3 miles a day. I and I walked slow and ate just about as usual. It took me only 4 months. You could walk fast, eat less and do it a lot faster than I did. Please do not use any of these metabolism pills on the market. They mess with your thyroid gland and lots of other things in your body that you do not need to mess with. If you eat smaller meals more often (such as once every 3 hours), throughout the day, your body has to work constantly to digest and this can make your metabolism speed up slightly. Plus you won't be starving all day and it is much healthier to eat this way.
