Why do Dogs......?

Why do dogs fart??? And why does it smell soooo bad??? Yuckaroo, need some answers though...!

Puppies and older dogs pass gas a lot. It smells toxic in puppies, a little better in older dogs.
Sometimes it's the food that you give them.
It's a natural process and they don't have the etiquette issues like people, so they just let it rip.
It's funny, though.
