That is definitely underweight! You can easily be like size 7 and 145lbs at that height. Under 100lbs no good. No curves. Boyish. I know a girl that's 5'5" 180lbs and she looks good. So you can weigh as much as you need to be! =<)

You can go to the website for CDC and look under BMI for an interactive site using your height and weight...it will tell you what your BMI is currently and an explanation of your status.
One pointer: BMI does not take into consideration someone with a lot of lean muscle mass (someone could be considered obese and be 13 % body fat) for the body builders in the house.
Bottom line, genetics may also play a role in your sizing. If you are concerned with this much more after visiting the site, you may want to have a physical with your family doctor and voice your concern. He/she will be able to offer you professional advise and referrals if needed.
Good luck!!

Please, do no longer pay attention to the adult adult males that decision you fat. you're a techniques from that. one hundred fifteen lbs is a acceptable weight, have faith me. seek for the weights of thin/slender celebrities that are your top, many are even heavier than you. i do no longer think of you're able to drop pounds, yet once you prefer to 'tone up' a splash, you should. on your tummy, attempt crunches. they are rather ordinary and it took me 2-3 weeks to be conscious a distinction. For an person, you're definitely underweight with a bmi proportion of 18. And at 14, you should be seen a woman, no? in case you quite need to lose some kilos, please do no longer flow below 107 kilos. Being too skinny isn't that superb looking. save your head up severe female, those boys do no longer understand ****.

Yes you are underweight, but you are 14, so your body is still developing. When you turn 18 you should be in between 122 and 149 lbs. But don't worry about your weight, just eat healthy and exercise. Teenagers should eat about 2500 a day. You should drop 100 calories each decade.

underweight. you should consider doing some weightlifting to put on lean muscle. you will look toned and healthy, not gangly. it's especially important at your age because the rate at which your body is changing is about as fast as it gets. if you work out a lot during this time you can prevent your metabolism from slowing down and keep it up and running as long as possible. dont wait until you're 30 to do something because it will be a lot harder then. keep your machine running! also, avg weight for 5'7 is probably around 120-130.

I am 5'7" and I have checked into BMIs (Body Mass Index) and the correct, healthy weight for this height is between 120 and 155, so you are pretty slim or underweight.

You're normal, maybe even a little underweight. It wouldn't hurt to gain some. You're certainly NOT overweight by any stretch of the imagination!
