We just had our retainer wall painted and some paint got on our sidewalk, we're looking for a way to remove the paint splatter.

The power washer will peel the paint off. While the wire brush will work, it will also leave steel residue, especially if you use an electric one. My painting subs always use power washers.

Small splatters use a wire brush kinda low tech but effective. Large splatter use a sand blaster or get serious and motorize the wire brush.
