Free Keg!!!!?

Hi im from hudson ohio and i heard that if u fill a milk jug with soda pop tops and turn it in some where then you get a free keg filled with beer! does anyone know if this is legit and if so where do i turn them in.

There is no such thing as free....leg along a keg...wishfull thinking
