i lo e my boyfriend so much we have been together a year but i am so jealouse!i dont show it but for example if we are watching a film an a naked lady comes on or a sex sceen i turn on him and start having a go at him and telling him to **** off! but he dosent no why i do it ! tonight he cmae back from work and this happen and i got so wound up with my self i told him to go home i also carnt stand the fact of him masterbating because i dont know what he thinks of when he dose! i hate being like this but i carnt help it what shall i do !!!
he is posessive but shows it for example if i talk to a lad he will kikc of a bit bit but i think there is something wrong with me sometimes when i think theres a pritty lass on tell snd hes watching telly i realy just want to hit him! it makes me cry all the time but i carnt help my self ! dose any one els have this problem please help !!thankyou!!

Aw my dear, i know what you mean. i also have such a problem with jealousy.
I broke up with my love 5 months ago because i couldnt handle his drinking. i would get jealous because i would say he chooses the pub and the beer over me.
But now it is even worse, coz im so scared i will bump into him with another women. In fact it did happen the other night. man i nearly died. but i tried so hard to contain myself. he had his hand on her bottom. every muscle in my heart was ripped to shreads. i wanted to climb over the bar and kill her. "hes mine, dont you know that!!" but he's not. I broke up with him. I also sit at night and wonder who is he with? do i now her? are they doing the deed?
But you cant be like that. it justs makes you a bitter person. you have to practise being in control of your emotions. you have to say over and over in your head that this is wrong and you dont own him. i believe a certain amount of jealousy is ok coz it shows you have feelings for that person. You just have to be rashional. you have to aks your self all the time, why am i so jealous? is it because im insecure with my self? is he looking her because she is pretty? maybe i need to do some gym to be even prettier than her.
But always remeber that 2 wrongs dont make a right. dont do things that wuld make him jealous (even if he doesnt show it). you guys will only end up fighting and then you wont have him at all.

Sounds like there is some distrust between the both of you - you need to talk to him about it because he will only take so much before he splits, equally I'm guessing you will only take so much possessiveness from him
