Nope, you were right.

Just because she likes to be beat and doesn't want to live for very much longer that's her decision but you shouldn't have to listen to it nor see it. So you keep calling the PD, you may save her life one day...but don't think she'll be grateful, she won't but then you don't have to live with a death on your hands because you didn't do anything.

You were absolutely right to call the police. And brave. I congratulate you. Do it every time. Don't worry about the girl being angry with you. She is just afraid she'll get beat worse. Tell her she does not have to take it and give her the number of a safe house. Tell her you care about her and will not sit by and listen to her being abused. She will appreciate it once she is free, if that ever happens. Encourage her to leave.

not she is just a loser!!!!! but because of it you have conflicts between her...... I think that if she is so stupid to get mad at people who call the police to help them out of beating by their b/f then maybe you should talk to her if you have a chance..... just one on one...if she still stayed "crazy and mad at you" then appologize for calling the police... even if you did nothing wrong just apologize ... maybe that will stop the violence...... or maybe she is just such an abused person maybe she needs real help.....

No, you weren't wrong to call the Police. In future might I suggest you use the check spelling option? It would make future questions easier to read.

you did the right thing. good for you and if she is mad then she will just have to get over it. if she stays with him it is just going to get worse. so i say bravo to you and i would do it again if i heard them fighting. God bless you.
