please hep!=( i realy want to lose about 30 pounds because i'am 139 14 years old and im 5'1...but at leat i was 152 and now 139^-^ but i want lose even more....ok then thanx...and i want to know how can i make my molaibism faster?

SLEEP - its well known that sleeping more than 7 hours helps loose weight - drink water as that helps the metabolism - BREAKFAST (boring) but that kick starts it - but most of all you need to get excersising as raising your heart rate increases your metabolic rate and burns fat faster - also the MORE muscle you have uses more energy in the body than less muscle but be sensible as your body is preparing for adulthood and starving your body of good foods means youll pay for it when you get older ....

go speak to your dr - or dietician as they can help give you food advice - or how about going to a weightwatchers or slimming world group - people of all ages go to them

dancing burns calories - trampolining is FAB - spinning bike is awsome

It really is all about a good diet plan and excercise honest - boring but true - good luck

Well, they say that you cant speed up your metabolism, but you can optomise it. Instead of eatin 3 square meals a day, you should eat 5-6 healthy smaller ones, like: Oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. Than like cottage cheese or yogurt a few hours later. Then a healthy lunch like salad, then a healthy snack a coupl hours later like a granola bar...... and so on. That way you metabolism is constantly at work all day. Just make sure you stay active. (take a walk after dinner) This should help.

Hello! I also had a problem like that.. I did a lot of slimming methods, and what worked with me is that to limit your break fast to fruits, especially the citrus ones and I exercised in the morning. It worked well with me. Though I further suggest that you try a few of the slimming methods and find one which will work best for you. Its frustrating but I tell you its sort of exciting at the start. That will motivate you to go further.

If you eat smaller meals more often (such as once every 3 hours), throughout the day, your body has to work constantly to digest and this can make your metabolism speed up slightly. Plus you won't be starving all day and it is much healthier to eat this way.

I feel like if you exercise more your metabolism goes up because it gets used to burning more calories or something like that.

you can't really. it's something you're either born with or you're not.
You could try to speed it up by doing more exercise.
