i have a 98 Saturn sl. where does the flasher for the turn signals go?

check the fuse panel , it's on the pass. side near where their left foot goes , just to the side of the heater controls. pull the panel off and have a look there , it's held on by Velcro so if you hear a tearing sound don't worry.
