Full Spectrum Light Therapy. I bought a "Happy Light" and plug it in 30 minutes a day in the morning while I am getting ready for work. It works quite well. I noticed a difference the first week. It's a bit pricey, but hey, whatever works!

THC - an herb that helps the brain to manufacture serotonin. For use in conjunction with heliotherapy (light therapy). This is one of the therapies I tried. Didn't seem to make a life-changing difference. You know what made the difference?

Walking outdoors (weather permitting)...is a wonderful therapy for anyone...who is able to walk...

take a nice brisk walk...everyday, and write how long you walked on a calender...try different areas to walk...and enjoy.

keeping busy helps, and, pushing yourself to be productive will be beneficial.

and, get to know God..he will help you...
