is this stuff good to use??? i bought shade 19 golden giggle and i have previous highlights and colored hair so how long do i leave it in for?? the sheet says 25 but that seems somewhat long for colored hair.

If you already have color in your hair, and this color is lighter than your current color, it might not take. I would recommend going to a hairdresser if you're going to put color on top of color, sometimes the results if you do it at home are disastrous. A good hairstylist will know what shade is good for your skin tone, how long to leave it on, etc.

Never actually used their colourants,only shampoos. But would not leave it on that long. Maybe 15 mins at most. Then at least its easier to get out if it should go wrong. But its only a semi perm is it not. I think you be ok.

It's a good brand. Just to the hair test thing with the dye and follow the instructions on the box. You should be fine.
