Yes you can dye your albino hair any color you want. But the problem is, When you do dye it if will take a very long time for it to fade and lighten

To answer your question though, yes you can, your hair will be very pourous though, and will soak up the dye instantly...which ever dye you choose you must always go for a lighter option than the one you want, otherwise it will be too dark, and with your skin tone so pale you will find you look deathly ill....

if hes naturally light liught blonde toner wont work or the shampoo ;), they are specially made for bleached/dyed blonde hair, the purple temporarely cancels out yellow tones, toner dose the same but lasts longer than 24 hours, so your fried would have to actually bleach his hair then toner it, and use the shampoo. if your relly unsure just ask a salon :)

Yeah, you can dye it any colour you want because it's the perfect base colour.

Don't do it though. Natural is best.

if its like normal hair then yes
