When you run, is it better to breath through your mouth or nose? It is harder to breath through your nose, but I read that it is healthier to do so.

In through your nose, out your mouth. Standard stuff.

When you start out, yeah it is better for you to breathe in nose and out the mouth. When you start to get tired you start breathing in and out your mouth. Guess what. At least you are still running. As you run farther and farther and you build up your core, it will be easier to breathe right for longer.

Just keep running, you body will let you know what to do.

yea cuz wen u breath through your nose the air
goes through this system that clears it (cleans it)
and warms it up then it lets it go in your body....it worms the
air up so u dont breath in clod dirty air.....if u did u have a chance to get sick....

PS. when your running, try to run and breath in a beat...I was on the running team and it works.....
Try doing this for breathing:
in in out out
in in out out

in - (breath in)
out (breath out)
