can someone please tell me what these words mean in english:

'gâcher' means 'to waste' (e.g., Il a gâché sa vie./He wasted his life.), 'to screw up' (e.g., Il a tout gâché./He screwed everything up.) or 'to spoil' (e.g., Il faut pas gâcher les enfants./You shouldn't spoil the children.)

'orteils' is indeed 'toes'.

I know that "orteils" means toes...not sure about gacher. I'm not a native French speaker, so it may be some kind of slang. I can tell you it's a verb though, if it's of any help.

'gacher' means to mix as in mortar, or to bungle or make a mess of. Orteils does mean toes.
